- Apricots, 3
- Sugar, 25g
- Water, 1 tablespoon
- Rinse apricots and remove skin and seeds, then slice into quarters.
- Add sugar and 1 tablespoon of water into a pot. Melt sugar completely and add apricots into sugar mixture.
- Cover and simmer apricot slices for 15-20 minutes.
- Ensure apricots have cooled before serving, or refrigerate them if you prefer it cold!
